Every blend is composed and mixed by hand
in Calgary, in batches small enough to stay fresh and close to the plant. We build them so that drinking herbs becomes a pleasure, not a remedy. No added flavourings, no flavour enhancers,
just the pure composition of the plants.

How to brew

Each blend has its own ideal temperature
and steeping time, noted on its page.
As a general rule, 5 to 15 minutes with water around 100°C works well. Good to know: the longer it steeps, the more tannins come through,
and tannins bring bitterness. For a gentler cup, steep for less time.
