FOUND · grounded presence

Your attention is somewhere else. Running ahead into tomorrow, or back over yesterday. The pull of past and future keeps you a little above your own body, feet not quite on the ground.

That pull is worth meeting. When you stop reaching forward and back, and let the moment be, your weight returns to your feet. And you begin to see where you actually are.

These are plants that have long kept company with people who needed steadiness. FOUND holds you here. An earthy, grounding weight, steady enough to be with what was and what may come. From there, the ground finds you again. Fireweed runs underneath, the plant that grows back after fire. It threads through GUIDE and ILLUME too, earth to sky. Here it sits at the root.

Belonging is something you remember. Before you rise, you root.
