Something is sitting in your chest. A conversation that didn't land, a worry you can't quite name. The instinct is to fix it, or think your way past it. But the feeling doesn't want solving. It wants room.

GUIDE is for staying with what you feel. It works around the heart, unhurried. Hawthorn has kept company with the human heart for centuries. Rose meets a tenderness that needs no explanation. Tulsi and lemon balm tend the racing that comes when emotion has nowhere to go. And fireweed runs underneath, the same plant that roots FOUND and rises in ILLUME. Earth to sky, and the heart is the middle of that bridge.

A strong heart is a roomy one. Steady enough to stay with grief and joy in the same breath. The more room you make, the safer it is to stay open.

Flavour Profile

Floral and gently fruity with a calm herbal base. Hawthorn brings a soft, rounded depth. Rose opens with tender florals. Tulsi adds a warm, clove-like note, lemon balm a light citrus calm, and fireweed a smooth, grounding thread.

What's Inside, and Why

  • Hawthorn (leaf and flower) — The heart's old companion. Centuries beside the human heart.
  • Rose — Tenderness without needing a reason.
  • Fireweed — The thread back to the ground. The plant that returns after fire.
  • Tulsi — An old companion for staying with what rises.
  • Lemon balm — A bright, light citrus for a racing heart.

When to Reach for It

  • When something is sitting in your chest and won't be solved
  • After a hard or tender conversation
  • Before a moment of real connection, when you want to be open
